About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in various legal matters, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. As a Remote Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and clients, utilizing your skills in legal research, document preparation, and case management.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and filings, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
• Manage case files and documentation, maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Utilize legal technology tools, including Clio, for case management and documentation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and deadlines.
• Participate in the review and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Support litigation processes by managing discovery and assisting in trial preparation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools, particularly Clio.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
