Senior SAP Consultant - Employee Central (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant - Employee Central (Remote) to join our dynamic team at CNT Management Consulting. With over 25 years of experience in SAP software consulting, particularly in SAP S/4HANA transformations and SAP Cloud solutions, we are a leading consultancy that supports the digital transformation of corporations, mid-sized companies, and public organizations. This role offers you the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to exciting international projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central customer projects from conception to go-live.
• Develop practical solutions for HR processes based on established best practices.
• Manage and control your own stream in close cooperation with project management.
• Contribute in-depth HR expertise to the design of complex technical requirements.
• Implement technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation.
• Prepare and conduct workshops and training courses in both German and English.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct requirements analyses, cost estimates, and assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions.
• Support colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transfer knowledge.
• Mentor junior professionals and facilitate continuous training of hard and soft skills.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Completed certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or proof of comparable experience.
• Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and HR processes.
• High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
• Business fluent in German and English.
