About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Concept Engineer - Production Logistics to join our dynamic team at SSI SCHÄFER. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in developing logistics and plant concepts, focusing on warehouse and conveyor technology. Your contributions will significantly impact our team's success and help us meet our clients' needs effectively.

What You'll Do

• Develop logistics and plant concepts with a focus on warehouse and conveyor technology.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and support SSI's international branches.
• Analyze customer requirements and technically evaluate procurement offers.
• Independently create calculations, offers, and presentations.
• Participate in customer meetings to align requirements and present offers.
• Prepare and conduct handovers to project management.

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical degree (at least a Bachelor's).
• Several years of professional experience in intralogistics.
• Solid technical understanding and logical thinking for processes and workflows.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level for international collaboration.
• Strong sales and business management knowledge.
• Convincing presentation skills to convey complex content.
