Account Manager - Remote Opportunity at Doctolib

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team at Doctolib. This remote Account Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to build long-term partnerships with healthcare practitioners and enhance their experience with our platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing the use of Doctolib's services.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized support to osteopaths, ensuring they are fully engaged with Doctolib's features.
• Conduct remote training sessions on Doctolib Agenda post-sale.
• Act as the primary point of contact for practitioners, guiding them throughout their journey with Doctolib.
• Advise clients on product usage and help organize their practices to maximize software adoption.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, collaborating with internal teams like Product Support and Technical Services.
• Develop your client portfolio by identifying upsell opportunities and preventing churn through active listening.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role or sales support.
• A strong obsession with customer satisfaction and a commitment to integrating it into all actions.
• Comfortable with new technologies and a natural curiosity to learn.
• Ability to solve complex problems through understanding and iteration.
• Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
