Training Specialist - Remote Opportunity at ISDIN

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to join our team at ISDIN. This Training Specialist remote position offers the chance to make a significant impact on our global training initiatives, enhancing the lives of many through innovative learning solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop high-impact training materials across various formats, including presentations, infographics, SCORMs, and videos, while continuously researching and implementing innovative learning tools and methodologies.
• Implement tailored training programs for ISDIN employees, addressing the specific strategic needs of each role, including Corporate, Sales, and Point of Sale teams.
• Collaborate with affiliates and local training teams to provide training materials and sessions, proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Work closely with key areas such as Marketing and Medical Marketing to ensure training content is scientifically accurate and aligned with brand communication strategies.
• Design and execute specialized training programs for international distributors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring global brand consistency.
• Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), monitoring KPIs and preparing comprehensive reports on training impact and ratios.

Requirements

• A university degree in Health Sciences, such as Pharmacy, is required.
• Additional education in Dermocosmetics or Food Supplements will be highly valued.
• At least 5 years of experience performing similar functions as a Training Specialist remote.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating e-learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of dermocosmetics and health products.
