Team Lead - Subject Matter Experts for Digital Education
About the Role
We're hiring a Team Lead - Subject Matter Experts to join Constructor Tech and lead the development of high-quality educational content and digital experiments across K-12 and Higher Ed. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the education sector while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the SME team operations, ensuring high-quality educational content delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, acting as the main bridge between SMEs, Product, Design, and Development teams.
- Oversee workflow and ticketing processes, ensuring timely task completion and quality checks.
- Gather requirements for new content and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Review content for scientific accuracy and alignment with educational goals, ensuring adherence to accessibility standards.
- Support strategic initiatives such as research proposals and presales activities.
- Engage with clients to provide expertise and support for onboarding and implementation guidance.
- Track usage and adoption of educational content, providing reports as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Medical Sciences, or Education.
- 5+ years of experience in subject matter expert work or educational content development.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira or YouTrack.
- Experience working with multiple subject areas or SME teams across different domains.
