Remote Network Administrator - Global Infrastructure Support

About the Role

We are looking for a 100% remote Network Administrator to provide Level 2 operational support for the organization's global network and telephony infrastructure. As a Network Administrator, you will monitor and support routers, switches, firewalls, WAN circuits, wireless infrastructure, and telephony platforms. This role requires collaboration with Network Services, vendors, and other support teams to resolve incidents and restore service quickly. What You'll Do

• Provide Level 2 support for network and telephony infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network incidents.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of wireless infrastructure.
• Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Assist in the implementation of network upgrades and improvements.
• Work on a 12-hour shift schedule from 7 am to 7 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in network administration or related field.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN technologies.
• Basic understanding of network protocols and telephony systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of VoIP systems and telephony platforms.
