About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support in various areas including corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in cross-border legal issues is a plus.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in data privacy and protection laws.
  • Familiarity with equity fundraising processes.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
