What You'll Do

  • Own and manage multiple concurrent customer onboardings in a high-volume environment.
  • Balance 1:1 training with scalable, group-based enablement to maximize efficiency.
  • Guide customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring they achieve fast time-to-value.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding process based on customer feedback and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any challenges they may face.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support customer learning.
  • Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience with training and enabling customers to use software products.
