About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Freelance Creative Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Shook Digital. As a key player in our production engine, you will help transform creative chaos into high-performing systems that drive the next generation of advertisers. This role is essential in ensuring that our UGC production meets the high standards our clients expect, while also adhering to tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Own the Machine: Manage the end-to-end production workflow, balancing creative taste with our ambitious 20-day delivery speed.
• Creator Partnership: Source and maintain relationships with our creator network, ensuring they follow briefs and meet deadlines.
• The Feedback Loop: Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye, providing direct feedback to enhance the quality of our content.
• Systems Thinking: Refine our modular ad structures, organizing hooks, bodies, and CTAs for effective testing and iteration.
• Operational Rigor: Create efficient workflows that streamline production processes and eliminate chaos.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative operations or project management, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and its content dynamics.
• Ability to communicate directly and effectively with creators, providing constructive feedback.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity, able to adapt quickly to changes in the production schedule.
• Resilience and a calm demeanor under pressure, especially when timelines are tight.
