About the Role

We are seeking a talented Middle Product Designer to join our team at Liven. As a Middle Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing complex interfaces and systems that directly impact our users' experiences.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate across teams to develop internal products that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Design and optimize the Funnel Builder, enabling users to create marketing funnels without developer assistance.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System, ensuring it remains a living and scalable tool.
• Engage in the full design cycle, from problem research to final UI and development support.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests, using metrics to justify design decisions.
• Communicate effectively with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Figma with advanced skills in Auto Layouts, components, and complex prototyping.
• Strong system thinking capabilities, understanding how changes affect the entire interface.
• Product mindset with the ability to differentiate between aesthetic and functional design.
• Critical thinking skills, always questioning the purpose behind design choices.
• Proactive in identifying interface weaknesses and suggesting improvements.
• Effective communication skills, able to articulate ideas constructively.
• Desire for continuous growth and learning new practices and tools.

Nice to Have
