About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team at Mood Health. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational needs of our remote behavioral health practice. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding and assisting clinical providers, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality of care we provide, as you will be a key point of contact for our providers, helping to troubleshoot systems and streamline workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end provider onboarding process, ensuring that new clinical providers are set up for success.
  • Coordinate and maintain clinical provider scheduling and calendars to optimize patient care delivery.
  • Develop, document, and optimize clinical operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clinical team and provider operational inquiries, providing timely support and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within clinical operations.
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks related to patient care delivery and record keeping.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clinical providers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with provider onboarding processes and scheduling management.
