About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Offshore Launch. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and experience exceptional service. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on small and medium-sized businesses.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire client experience, ensuring smooth engagement from kickoff to completion.
• Act as a bridge between coaches, clients, and leadership, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Transform our 37-step client journey into a predictable and high-quality experience.
• Monitor client status with straightforward indicators (green/yellow/red) to ensure accountability.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success or account management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software.
• A passion for helping clients succeed and a commitment to excellence.
