Recruitment Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and evolve our in-house recruitment function. This is a hands-on, player-manager role where you will balance personal delivery of critical hires with leading, developing, and enabling a small recruitment team aligned to specific business units. As a Recruitment Manager remote, you will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure we attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent at pace.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 Recruiters aligned to defined business areas, plus a Recruitment Operations Specialist.
- Set clear expectations, performance standards, and development plans for the recruitment team.
- Act as a player-manager, personally managing up to 5 live roles at any one time, typically focused on priority roles, specialist skillsets, or specific seniority levels.
- Ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.
- Use data and insight to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities within hiring pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a player/manager role, setting direction and priorities for multiple recruiters while providing an example of excellent delivery.
- Demonstrated track record delivering critical or senior level roles.
- Prior success in revamping and delivering improved processes and metrics for talent assessment.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
