Recruiting Coordinator - Remote Position

What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring accurate and up-to-date calendars.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and guidance.
- Maintain accurate interview plans, candidate data, and documentation within the ATS.
- Anticipate the needs of candidates and interviewers, providing thoughtful and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting operations and strengthening inclusive hiring practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to ramp up quickly with available guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, remote-friendly work environment.
