Senior MuleSoft Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior MuleSoft Developer to join our team remotely and play a core role in our transformational journey. As a Senior MuleSoft Developer, you will shape both the technical and strategic direction of our integration layer, working with a modern DevOps and automation-first approach to build scalable, high-quality integrations end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Design technical integration solutions by gathering functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and the team.
• Build and maintain integrations primarily on MuleSoft, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and solution quality.
• Operate and monitor the integration platform, ensuring system health, responding to alerts and escalations, and handling incidents.
• Act as a MuleSoft Subject Matter Expert by identifying improvements, sharing best practices, and coaching others through code reviews, pair programming, and internal demos.
• Take end-to-end ownership of integrations as part of a DevOps team, including testing, deployments, infrastructure, observability, and CI/CD tooling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing integrations with MuleSoft, working end-to-end across the full integration lifecycle.
• Experience designing integration solutions and creating technical reference materials, including RAML and/or OpenAPI specifications.
• Solid understanding of API security (OAuth, OpenID, SAML) and REST/HTTP best practices.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems in a DevOps environment.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• MuleSoft developer certifications.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and observability tools (Grafana preferred).
