Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team at ticketbro. What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver end-to-end features and experiences that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs in a cloud environment, ensuring robustness and security.
• Create and refine user interfaces for mobile devices and web browsers, emphasizing pixel-perfect design and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table, influencing the future development of the ticketbro platform.
• Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and product features.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a professional setting.
• Extensive experience with React Native for iOS and Android development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js or React Native.
• Minimum of 3 years working with Node.js and AWS Lambda for serverless backend development.
• Proficiency in GraphQL, AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), and TypeScript.
• Strong interest in staying current with the latest advancements in mobile, web, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent eye for product design and user experience to ensure intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) being a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with payment gateway providers such as Stripe is advantageous.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
• Leadership experience managing small development teams is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in both English and German (German is mandatory).
