Recruiting Coordinator - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our candidate experience and streamlining our recruiting processes. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates have a seamless experience from application to onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and Jobvite to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
- Implement process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and candidate management.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related field.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse and Jobvite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
- A passion for enhancing the candidate experience and supporting a diverse workforce.

- Experience in HR or talent acquisition.
