About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Junior CRM Specialist to join our Graduate Program at Ogilvy. This Junior CRM Specialist role offers you the opportunity to grow your career while working on impactful CRM campaigns. As a Junior CRM Specialist, you will utilize CRM tools at Ogilvy Barcelona to manage and analyze campaigns effectively.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation, implementation, and activation of communication journeys.
• Support tracking results and optimizing campaigns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance CRM strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or Hubspot.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Completed university studies in marketing or statistics.
• Valuable experience in managing marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
