You will prioritize needs, lead implementation and adoption, and ensure that improvement actions are effectively executed both online and on-site.
What You'll Do

- Define and realize a clear roadmap, from discovery and prioritization to rollout, aligned with patient experience objectives.
- Lead implementations, organize onboarding, and provide internal training for effective tool usage.
- Act as the main point of contact for NPS insights and reporting, driving performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, and digital teams to enhance both online and offline patient journeys.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product ownership, project management, and delivering/rolling out roadmaps.
- Experience in customer care, customer experience (CX), retail, or other service-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with NPS or customer feedback frameworks and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and (digital) customer and patient journeys.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello) and managing roadmaps.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and creating alignment in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality with clear ownership.
- Passion for improving end-to-end customer and patient journeys and achieving measurable impact.
- Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service-oriented digital environments is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary between €4729 and €7127 (FWG 65 according to CAO Ziekenhuizen as of February 1, 2026, based on 36 hours).
- A varied and impactful role within an international healthcare organization.
- The opportunity to directly contribute to improving patient experiences.
- Significant room to shape an important digital domain.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders.
- Opportunities for personal development and professional growth.
- Market-conform employment conditions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to impact patient experiences in a remote setting. Competitive salary and personal growth are key highlights.
