Recruiter - Remote Opportunity at Harper & Neyer

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Harper & Neyer, a rapidly growing men's fashion brand in Spain. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our retail locations and headquarters. Your contributions will ensure that every hire aligns with our company culture, values, and business needs.

What You'll Do

• Draft and publish job postings on various job boards.
• Conduct active searches for candidates.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with relevant managers.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Track recruitment processes and report on progress, challenges, and improvement proposals using KPIs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Manage the onboarding process comprehensively.

Requirements

• Must have over 3 years of experience in recruitment within the Fashion or Retail sector.
• Knowledge and experience with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and HR software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JOIN, Infojobs, or Factorial.
• Ability to manage 8-10 recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Good judgment in evaluating attitude, potential, and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and communication abilities.
• Genuine interest in developing within the People area and growing professionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital tools and AI in recruitment.

This position is part-time, with a 25-hour workweek under a temporary six-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position after the contract period.
