About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Therapium, a modern physiotherapy practice with multiple locations in Berlin. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation within our clinics while providing excellent customer service. • Organize and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Manage phone calls and handle administrative tasks.
• Support the team in creating a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
