About the Role

Join MyTotem as a Real Estate Negotiator Apprentice and embark on a rewarding journey in the real estate industry. This remote opportunity allows you to assist clients in achieving their real estate dreams while developing your skills in negotiation and client relations.

What You'll Do

• Support clients (sellers and buyers) throughout their real estate projects under the guidance of the sales manager.
• Engage in prospecting for properties to sell through both physical and telephone outreach.
• Follow up with clients referred by Totem Courtage in their search for or sale of properties.
• Compile sales files and draft property listings for advertising.
• Conduct marketing reports and maintain your portfolio of prospects and sellers.
• Transmit potential financing files to Totem Courtage.
• Negotiate terms and assist parties in signing the promise of sale until the authentic deed is executed.
• Build and maintain a strong relational network to enhance client loyalty.
