Account Executive - Mid Market (Remote)
About the Role
We are currently seeking extraordinary talent for the position of Account Executive - Mid Market (Remote) to join our Sales team at Meltwater in Paris. This role is pivotal in driving our growth in the French market and beyond. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of new clients, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of approximately 250 prospects, aiming to convert them into clients.
- Utilize sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and SPICED to enhance your sales process.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a mindset of overperformance.
- Conduct active market research to stay ahead of product developments, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including BDRs, Key Account Managers, and Sales Operations to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle role (from prospecting to closing).
- Strong passion for sales and a keen business curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills with proven relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in SaaS, Tech, and Digital Marketing environments.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or digital marketing sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- A background in managing client relationships and understanding customer needs.
