Production Technician - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team at Epiroc. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with production processes and contribute to our ongoing expansion efforts. As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in creating stable and efficient production processes that make a difference in the manufacturing of world-leading hydraulic products for the mining and construction industries.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, simulate, and CAM-program products for production.
• Industrialize new products and optimize production flows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
• Drive and participate in investments in machinery, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct cost estimation and scheduling for production processes.
• Document production technology and standardization efforts.
• Provide technical support to production to ensure stable and predictable flows.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, delivery, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in production technology within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of various production methods.
• Experience with machining processes.
• Ability to work in cross-functional projects.
• Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• A degree in engineering with a focus on production is preferred but not required.
