Senior Technical Account Manager - Energy Sector (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Fluxys. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the energy sector. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are smoothly connected to our energy infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
• Manage client connections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide daily support and guidance to clients, addressing technical and administrative aspects of their connections.
• Represent the department in internal and external working groups, advocating for our positions clearly and constructively.
• Conduct market studies and collaborate with clients to translate their projects into viable technical-economic solutions.
• Play a key role in developing new green applications such as biomethane and synthetic gases.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to promote innovative solutions in the market.
• Adopt digital evolution and AI to enhance client management and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil, Industrial, or Commercial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
• Over three years of relevant professional experience in a commercial role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer and solution orientation.
• Strong analytical skills and a thirst for learning and innovation.
• Interest in digitalization and technology.
• Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.
• Possession of a Category B driving license.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management within the energy sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to energy distribution.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies.
