• Document progress with photographic reports to track project milestones.
• Provide support to the Unit Management in daily operations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a site supervisor in railway construction projects.
• Relevant education in construction, electrical, or electronic fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of railway construction standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project documentation.
