Quality Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team remotely. As a Quality Technician, you will contribute to maintaining control plans, managing product/process modifications, and validating new products and molds. This role is essential for ensuring that we meet the high standards expected by our clients.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update control plans to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage modifications to products and processes effectively.
• Validate new products and molds to ensure they meet specifications.
• Address customer complaints, both internal and external, to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Technical training in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings.
• Good level of English, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as problem-solving techniques and control plans.
• Knowledge of MAHLE's products and production processes is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in quality management systems.
• Knowledge of statistical process control.
