Quality Auditor - Food Safety (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor - Food Safety to join our dynamic team at Restalia Holding. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our establishments maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Conduct hygiene and safety audits at various restaurant locations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to restaurant teams on quality standards and operational procedures.
• Instruct team members on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Verify adherence to food safety standards derived from the APPCC regulations.
• Identify deviations from established standards and propose corrective measures in line with quality and operations manuals.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, focusing on training, management, and auditing tasks.
• Experience in managing, preparing, and interpreting operational accounts.
• Knowledge of ISO APPCC, BCR, or IFS regulations.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
