What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections of products according to relevant guidelines using appropriate testing methods and instruments.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding product quality.
• Handle complaints and ensure proper documentation of inspections.
• Implement and monitor hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
• Utilize common IT applications to document and report findings effectively.

Requirements

• Completed education in agriculture or food science.
• Recognized professional qualification or several years of experience in quality assurance within the fruit and vegetable sector.
• Knowledge of product inspections and handling necessary instruments.
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations, HACCP systems, and standards in the food industry.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic.

• Experience in a similar role within a cooperative or large-scale food operation.
