QA Engineer (N2 Japanese Required) - Groupware Development

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer (N2 Japanese Required) remote to join our innovative team in groupware development. What You'll Do

• Design and execute tests to enhance customer value as a QA Engineer (N2 Japanese Required) remote.
• Engage proactively in the entire development process to ensure quality is built in from the start.
• Participate in team events, including Scrum meetings, to foster collaboration.
• Formulate test strategies and drive improvements in development and testing processes.
• Contribute to the overall QA function, including recruiting and organizing study sessions.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Engineer for web applications or mobile apps.
• Willingness to engage in quality improvement activities as part of the development team.
• Experience with automated testing and agile development.
• Knowledge of AI-powered testing methodologies.
• Ability to propose and implement improvements to testing processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing QA engineering team members.
• Familiarity with cloud business models and their QA requirements.
