QA Automation Engineer - Remote Position at Globant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our fast-growing team at Globant. This remote QA Automation Engineer position will support large-scale migration projects involving Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools, ensuring data accuracy and campaign integrity. You will play a crucial role in validating end-to-end processes across the MarTech ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design and document comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases for campaigns, journeys, and data pipelines.
• Validate end-to-end execution, including segmentation, personalization, triggers, decision splits, and multi-channel delivery (email, push, SMS).
• Ensure data integrity by validating data models, schemas, identity resolution, and profile stitching across CDP, CRM, and marketing tools.
• Implement automation frameworks and scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to automate repetitive tasks such as bulk email validation and field mapping.
• Execute QA processes for migration scenarios and test integrations between MarTech tools and external APIs.
• Utilize logs and monitoring solutions to identify issues, continuously improving QA processes to enhance reliability.
• Communicate technical findings and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA automation, particularly in marketing technology.
• Expertise in designing QA strategies and test designs.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for QA automation.
• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and in digital transformation projects.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
