Purchasing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Netexial. This role is pivotal as you will manage a portfolio of suppliers and implement the company's purchasing strategy. As a Purchasing Manager, you will ensure the best commercial conditions while collaborating closely with our Supply Chain team to meet internal client needs.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of direct suppliers, ensuring compliance with purchasing strategies.
• Implement purchasing processes including tenders and sourcing.
• Negotiate and formalize commercial conditions during RFP/RFQ processes.
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and supplier performance.
• Deploy national projects, including new product lines and key accounts.
• Contribute to the application of the group's CSR strategy through audits and certifications.
• Assist in consolidating purchasing procedures and reporting to the executive committee.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Strong educational background in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with information systems (ERP, BI, WMS) and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Dynamic, rigorous, and persuasive with a focus on achieving objectives and client satisfaction.
