Project Manager /​ Office Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager / Office Manager to join GoMedicus Group in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we build the first digital primary care provider in Germany, integrating physical practices, telemedicine, and B2B health channels under one roof. As a Project Manager / Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Germany.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the completion of the GoMedicus Regional Hub in Reutlingen, overseeing interior design, zoning, and medical requirements.
• Act as the liaison between construction management, landlords, external service providers, and the GoMedicus headquarters.
• Plan and execute opening communications in the region in collaboration with the marketing office.
• Identify potential new doctors and partners for the hub and prepare for their onboarding.
• Manage daily operations, including patient flow, medical team coordination, and facility management.
• Implement and utilize digital tools from the GoMedicus stack effectively.
• Develop community formats such as expert talks, collaborations with local partners, and networking events.
• Document successful strategies in Reutlingen for replication in other regional hubs.

Requirements

• Background in health management, hotel management, or commercial experience in healthcare.
• Experience in project management with the ability to structure complex opening processes and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong IT affinity; quick to learn and consistently utilize new digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills across various levels, from tradespeople to executives.
• Ability to work independently without needing direction.
• Valid Class B driver's license.

• Knowledge of digital health solutions and telemedicine.
• Fluency in German and English.
