Project Manager - Industrial Engineering Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at NTE Process. As a Project Manager remote, you will be the primary interface with clients, overseeing the planning and execution of industrial engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects that contribute to our growth and innovation in the industrial sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage industrial engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with project teams and clients to discuss project progress and address any issues.
• Monitor project financials and report on profitability, ensuring alignment with initial plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager remote, specifically in industrial engineering projects.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Proven negotiation skills with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage conflicts proactively and positively.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25% of the time).
• PMP, IPMA, or similar certification is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Project Engineering.
• Familiarity with international contract standards, such as FIDIC.
