Program Planning Professional - Integrated Master Schedule Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Program Planning Professional - Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Specialist to join our team at Raytheon. This role is crucial for the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs, ensuring compliance with government requirements and providing predictive analytics. As a member of our Planning organization, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, making this a vital position for our operations. This is an onsite role based in Tucson, Arizona.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the IMS in MS Project, ensuring it reflects all contractual and programmatic changes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance with government requirements.
• Communicate schedule status and results of critical path analysis to the Planning Lead and Program Manager.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS.
• Utilize Milestones Professional Software for the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Planning or Scheduling.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Familiarity with government regulations pertaining to program planning and Earned Value compliance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
