Production Operator - Remote Opportunity in Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at Hayward Ibérica. This remote opportunity allows you to work in the manufacturing sector while contributing to the production of high-quality pool equipment. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in every step of the production process.

What You'll Do

• Perform injection molding tasks, including demolding and cleaning of molds.
• Apply resin using a spray gun for various mold sizes.
• Remove filters from the lamination area for drying.
• Smooth and cut excess material from bases.
• Assemble and drill components using a fixed drill.
• Maintain cleanliness by removing resin residues and dirt from filters.

Requirements

• Experience as a Production Operator for at least 1 year is mandatory.
• Familiarity with manual tools and machinery in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work with large-sized components.
• Proactive and responsible attitude towards work.
