About the Role

We are seeking a talented Production Manager to join our team at Supermicro. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage production processes remotely while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. As a Production Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing of products, drive performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise the production line to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
• Drive metrics and set targets to improve product quality yields and inventory control.
• Oversee the production and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Lead a team of production engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to minimize errors and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with other shifts to achieve shared goals regarding outputs, efficiency, and quality.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to solve problems and make informed decisions that impact production.
• Perform other management duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the production team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the computer industry, particularly in production management.
• Strong understanding of server or computer system assembly processes.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with testing and inspection of computer or electronic components.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams in the Netherlands.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively.
