Product UI/​UX Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Product UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at AutoDS. This remote position offers you the opportunity to shape the user experience of our innovative e-commerce solutions. As a Product UI/UX Designer, you will work collaboratively with product, design, and analytics teams to enhance user engagement through data-driven design initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop UI/UX designs based on user research and benchmarking to support optimal decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product and Development teams to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback in planning and product channels.
• Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement.
• Apply knowledge of accessibility principles and mobile-first design methodologies in your work.
• Immerse yourself deeply in the product to propose and develop improved UX flows.
• Utilize and enhance our design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity visuals, and clickable prototypes for your features.
• Maintain a high standard of design and functionality while paying close attention to the nuances of our product legacy.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends and incorporate these into your designs to enhance user experience.
• Conduct surveys and utilize analytics to inform design decisions and improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer at a product company.
• A portfolio that displays professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Token Studio for Figma.
• Understanding of the Ant Design Framework and components.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
• Capable of effectively presenting and advocating for your own design work.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail to ensure all designs meet pixel-perfect standards before handoff.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize fast-moving growth-related tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for e-commerce stores would be a plus.
