About the Role

We are seeking a Model Validation Specialist - AI Trainer to join our innovative team at 10x Team. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in model validation while working flexibly from anywhere in the EU or UK. As a Model Validation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our AI tools designed for intellectual property law.

What You'll Do

• Review and critique AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Assess methodologies for validity and adherence to established standards.
• Draft realistic model validation scenarios that reflect real-world applications.
• Evaluate AI reasoning and identify methodological errors to improve performance.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives to enhance model robustness.
• Collaborate with a team of experts in AI and legal domains to drive innovation.
• Work 8–20 hours per week, allowing for flexibility alongside other commitments.
• Participate in a fast onboarding process if selected.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in model validation, quantitative analytics, or risk modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for technical flaws or data issues.
• Proficiency with modern modeling frameworks and statistical tools.
• Based in the EU or UK with the ability to start within the next few weeks.
• Experience in financial modeling or data analytics is a plus.
