As a Data Analyst, you will work with complex criminal justice data to develop analyses and tools that target the drivers of incarceration. What You'll Do

• Work with complex criminal justice data to develop analyses and tools.
• Collaborate across several teams to target the drivers of incarceration.
• Perform analyses and contextualize findings for stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Travel approximately once every 6 months within the continental USA.
• Contribute to product launches and improvements in data processes.
• Engage with diverse partners from various backgrounds.
• Drive impact through data analysis and collaboration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience with complex datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Python and Pandas for data analysis.
• Ability to work with internal and external partners.
• Experience in analyzing trends related to criminal justice.
• Enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cross-functional organizations is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
