What You'll Do

  • Engage with senior leaders to influence hiring strategies and workforce design.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Focus on proactive talent acquisition, identifying potential candidates before roles are advertised.
  • Support apprenticeship hiring initiatives, promoting the value of apprenticeships.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making skills to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Champion employer branding to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition with a strong understanding of workforce planning.
  • Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in executive search and market mapping.
  • Proactive and disciplined approach to recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to protecting candidate experience.
  • Understanding of employer branding and its importance in attracting talent.
  • Willingness to support apprenticeship hiring initiatives when needed.
