What You'll Do

• Provide strategic legal advice on contracts, compliance, and risk management.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and offer proactive solutions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to operations.
• Develop and implement firm policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with business teams on agreements protecting firm interests.
• Handle subpoenas and document requests.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain client confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 3-6 years of experience practicing law in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience as a transactional attorney preferred.
• Knowledge of CCPA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations preferred.
• Experience with professional services firms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
