Product Owner - SAFe Agile and SaaS Product Environments

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This Product Owner remote position is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in SAFe Agile and SaaS product environments. You will drive product delivery and backlog management, ensuring that product increments align with business goals and roadmap priorities.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage the Team Product Backlog, including user stories, prioritization, refinement, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand priorities and support Product Increment (PI) objectives.
• Act as the product decision-maker, including functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Accept user stories and iteration increments based on the agreed Definition of Done.
• Conduct impact analysis to support optimal product delivery and align with industry trends.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and ROI while ensuring backlog alignment.
• Collaborate with teams to manage dependencies and drive efficient delivery outcomes.
• Apply SAFe principles, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks with a lean agile mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Hands-on experience with PI Planning.
• Strong experience in SaaS product implementation and product launches.
• Expertise in backlog management, prioritization, and user story creation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
