What You'll Do

• Own and shape the future of a key product domain within our B2B SaaS product.
• Conduct user research and product discovery to clarify and identify customer problems to solve.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to convert insights into initiatives, epics, and user stories, focusing on creating business impact.
• Continuously validate progress by setting up metrics to measure valuable outcomes and determining which features create the most impact for our customers.
• Manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency about current and upcoming releases.
• Work closely with Customer Education, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in product management or project management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in an ambiguous environment.
• Hands-on experience in product discovery and customer research is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating customer value.
• Proficient spoken and written skills in Hungarian and English.
