Product Owner - Credit Card Portfolio (Relocation Support)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Owner for our Credit Card Product Portfolio to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while also having the option for relocation to HCMC, Vietnam. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our credit card offerings, impacting the lives of over 20 million customers globally.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage the vision and roadmap for the Credit Card product portfolio in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from problem definition through to design, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, planning sprints, and leading engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate effective product delivery rituals and ensure outcomes are documented in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that credit card features are operationally ready and shippable.
• Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, helping to frame problems and define success metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in high-growth digital or tech companies, particularly in credit cards or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional product judgment and prioritization skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments while managing stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset with a keen understanding of consumer needs.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML initiatives is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Product Discovery and the Atlassian suite.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features or collaborating with data/ML teams.
