Product Operations Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Operations Lead remote to join our innovative team at Joko. As a Product Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of shopping by ensuring our operational engine runs smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to build a function from the ground up and make a significant impact on our product's reliability and performance.

What You'll Do

• Deliver on key metrics that matter, including track rates, catch rates, offer reliability, and merchant performance.
• Build and lead a team of Operations Managers, setting high standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement by bringing structure to processes, tooling, and monitoring.
• Act as the operational voice in product decisions, collaborating closely with Product & Engineering teams.
• Enhance merchant performance by developing frameworks to monitor and score merchant reliability.
• Define operational standards and rhythms for the team, including OKRs and escalation processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product, Operations, or a technical/data-driven environment.
• A builder mindset with a passion for challenges and hands-on problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven track record in managing and leading diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or fintech sectors.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in product operations.
