Product Manager - SaaS /​ WMS (Remote Opportunities)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager - SaaS / WMS to join our innovative team in Tokyo. This Product Manager role focuses on developing a flexible, configurable SaaS-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) that integrates seamlessly with automated warehouse technologies. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their operational workflows and translate these needs into scalable product capabilities. What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to analyze warehouse operations, identify pain points, and establish success metrics.
• Translate complex operational needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog related to WMS and automation process flows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality, incremental releases.
• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-team planning activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Consulting.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SaaS-based products.
• Technical or engineering background (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automated logistics or warehouse automation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Understanding of fleet management integration.
