Product Manager - Partnership Focus for Crypto Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager (Partnership) to join our dynamic team at Justmarkets. In this remote role, you will own the product lifecycle for the Partnership domain, from strategy and roadmap optimization to feature rollout and iteration. You will conduct regular customer development sessions with key regional partners globally to understand their operational bottlenecks and needs, ensuring that our product offerings remain competitive and effective.

What You'll Do

• Own the product lifecycle for the Partnership domain, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular CustDev sessions with partners to gather insights and feedback.
• Write detailed PRDs to refine complex backend logic, optimizing how multi-tier rebates are calculated.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance product features that facilitate partner onboarding.
• Continuously optimize the partner onboarding flow, reducing friction for new IBs to start operating and referring traffic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in B2B/B2B2C products, Affiliate Platforms, or AdTech solutions.
• Deep understanding of partnership reward models (CPA, Revenue Share, Rebates, CPL).
• Strong technical grasp of marketing tracking systems, including cookies, attribution models, and API integrations.
• Experience in managing complex billing or payout engines.
• Excellent data analytics skills to measure product usage and optimize the partner experience.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with IB programs in the CFD, Forex, or Crypto exchange industries.
• Experience scaling custom-built partnership ecosystems from the ground up.
• Understanding of global regulatory and compliance nuances regarding partner payouts.
