About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager for AI Platform to join our innovative team at X4 Technology. This remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI agent ecosystem, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of developers and businesses alike.

What You'll Do

• Define product direction and prioritize features for our AI platform.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, developer-first solutions.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive products that developers love to use.
• Work cross-functionally with design and engineering to ensure seamless product development.
• Influence product direction based on user feedback and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a senior software engineer or team lead before transitioning into product management.
• Proven experience working on B2B platforms and developer-focused products (APIs, SDKs).
• Strong understanding of the AI/agent ecosystem, including multi-agent systems and context management.
• Experience in early-stage startup environments with a high degree of ownership.
